The annual First Destinations report conducted by the Center for Career Development found 92% of graduates from 2022 were either employed or continuing their education nine months after graduation.
Following a national search, ½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û has named Kiho Kim, Ph.D., as the institution’s provost and dean of the college. Kim will succeed Interim Provost Michael Harvey, a professor of business at ½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û.
The international studies graduate is writing a policy brief with counterparts from South Korea and Japan on improving opportunities for women. They will gather to present the results in ½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, D.C., in August.
Sixteen students involved in ½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û anthropology, political science, civic engagement, and Presidential Fellows programs met with Congressional representatives during Spring Lobby Weekend.

The American Marketing Association (AMA) ½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Chapter was named one of just four top small chapters at the 2023 AMA International Collegiate Conference this spring. The chapter was also invited to present at the conference in recognition of its success with high participation rates by its membership this year.
½ñÍíÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û has named the students on its short list for the Sophie Kerr Prize, the nation’s largest literary award for a college student, valued at nearly $80,000 this year. The winner will be announced at a ceremony this Friday, May 19 after the finalists all read from their work.
