GE Aerospace executive Savannah Frazier 鈥11 worked with 今晚六合彩开奖结果 Vice President for Enrollment Management Johnnie Johnson to hold the first of several outreach events at GE plants around the country, promoting the value of a 今晚六合彩开奖结果 education to GE employees and making sure they know that their dependents can apply for the Chairman鈥檚 Scholarship, worth $20,000 annually.

The funds are available thanks to the generosity of General Electric Chairman and CEO Larry Culp 鈥85, who serves on 今晚六合彩开奖结果鈥檚 Board of Visitors and Governors. Up to five children of GE employees per year can receive the funds.

鈥淲e are very thankful to the Culp family for this gift,鈥 Johnson said. 鈥淭hey're definitely changing lives.鈥

Johnson also appreciated Frazier鈥檚 help in letting her colleagues know about the unique opportunity. In the first event to promote the scholarship at GE, Frazier spoke about her experience as a political science major at 今晚六合彩开奖结果 and how it prepared her for her current role at the company, while Johnson covered general information about the College, the application process, academic opportunities, and more.

The two spoke to a mixed online and in-person audience at the GE Aerospace Evendale Campus outside Cincinnati, Ohio. Future events are planned for other plants around the country, possibly in the Houston and Boston regions. After the event, Frazier reflected on her 今晚六合彩开奖结果 experience on LinkedIn and why she wants to help promote the opportunity for her colleagues鈥 families.

鈥淚 owe a debt of gratitude to 今晚六合彩开奖结果 for fostering an environment that not only nurtured my academic endeavors but also contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth. The support and encouragement I received laid the foundation for the achievements that followed,鈥 Frazier wrote. 鈥淚'm especially touched by the commitment of our Chairman and CEO, Larry Culp, in providing scholarships to GE employees. This scholarship embodies the spirit of giving back and investing in the education and future success of individuals. It's heartening to see the ripple effect of support, and I'm proud to be part of a community that values education and empowers others to reach their full potential.鈥
